Anna Komarow, age 89, of Erie, died peacefully at her home on July 25, 2010, surrounded by her family.

Born in Minsk, White Russia, she was the daughter of Stefan and Fedosiya Kuzmich.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Fedor Komarow. Survivors include a son, Vladimir Komarow, wife Karen; a daughter, Maria Komarow; two grandchildren, Erin and Morgan Komarow, all of Erie.


A service was held Monday evening at 6:00 p.m. at Old Orthodox Church of the Nativity. Burial will take place today at 1:00 at Holy Trinity Monastery, Jordanville, N.Y.
